Statistical analysis of Iran’s biotechnology labor market
Well, as you know, my name is Yasmin Fasandeh and I have been active on Instagram with the YASIBIO page for several years, and in these years I have tried to help all those who teach or work in the field of biotechnology by sharing my experiences. To follow a good career path and education.
At the Iran Bio exhibition, after the initial conversation we had with the organizers of the exhibition, I realized that the country’s biotechnology companies are in dire need of expert personnel, and this is one of the main goals of the exhibition for these companies. Then, by asking the followers of the page, I realized that by the way, many of the graduates related to the field of work of these companies are also looking for suitable job positions in biotechnology companies.
There is definitely a problem in establishing communication that has caused these two groups to not be able to connect, so what better way to solve the problem than a statistical research!!!
So I quickly got to work and prepared a form for each of these groups in order to collect information and after analyzing them, I could help the country and the biotechnology community of Iran, even though it is small, in this field.
